And in the ANSI approved ICC 700-2008 National Green Building Standard™, vinyl siding continues to contribute to achieving more points for resource and energy efficiency than other exterior cladding.When the National Green Building Standard (NGBS) — a joint effort of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and the International Code Council (ICC) — was approved by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) in late January, it became the only green certification program to receive ANSI approval. We will send you the information you need. But if you are doing any replacement windows on a customer’s primary home, they may be eligible to receive $1500 off their taxes.
